When two brothers go for a drive, giving one the chance to get some much needed practice before his big test, the car crashes and both are left in the ED. As their father arrives, it soon becomes clear that the family is less than harmonious. Will Fletch be able to bring them together?

On the drive to school, Jack begins to hallucinate. Screeching to a halt, he runs from the car, ending up impaled on a metal spike. Connie, Zoe and Lily pull together to treat him, but what has caused the hallucinations?

Meanwhile, Rob gets a shock when returns to his home to find his wife Rosie dazed and confused in the garden and being treated by Dixie. It soon becomes apparent that Rob has been struggling to care for his wife, as she hits out at her husband and the staff.

Harry is full of swagger, having been invited to an exclusive black-tie event. However, his mood is dented when he learns that Raf has been invited as the keynote speaker and that his wife Amy is now permanent Consultant Pharmacist on the ward.

As Harry gets to work with Amy, he is intrigued to learn that there appears to be trouble in paradise - Raf and Amy's marriage might not be quite as perfect as it first appears.

Meanwhile, Sacha puts Dominic under pressure to deliver on the ward. Dominic rises to the challenge but offends his best friend Zosia in the process. He goes all out to win her back.

Elsewhere, Jonny returns to work after his wedding. He is furious with Jac for trying to stop proceedings on his big day, but Jac hopes they can clear the air.
