Jac Naylor is a Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon working on Darwin ward. She comes across as a strong person with an icy exterior, hence the nickname 'the ice queen' however Jac is really like this to protect herself. Protect herself from what? You ask. To protect herself from the danger of becoming close to someone. Jac has a bad history with many kids of relationships and she doesn't want history to repeat itself.

Holby CIty: SPOILER 18/02/2014

Zosia is excited when Sacha finally charges her with a psychiatrically vulnerable patient, but her own vulnerabilities are exposed as she struggles to grasp the severity of the case.

Meanwhile, Harry is frustrated when adoring bariatric patient Annie returns and does his best - however shoddily - to shake her off. It doesn't prove as easy as he'd hoped.

Elsewhere, when Jac tells Jonny that her paycheque dictates she has the right to make decisions about Emma, he resolves to get a promotion by exposing her as a bully.

Casualty: SPOILER- 15/02/2014

When a warehouse worker hears her boyfriend might be about to propose, she panics - accidentally starting a huge fire and unintentionally putting her soon-to-be fiancé in danger. Arriving on the scene, Iain ignores calls from the fire chiefs to keep back.

Meanwhile, Yvonne and Douglas arrive at the ED in their most glamorous finery. They were about to perform a magic show, but Yvonne has been injured in her high heels. Stepping in to help, Lily soon turns magician's assistant.

Elsewhere, in the ED, Zoe faces the financial pressures of needing to lose a member of the medical team.
